I can't enable concurrent mode for rules - This is a message for IGHOR.

I was trying to enable the concurrent mode for rules, however, it's greyed out along with the 'sequential mode' in version 1.07.95.   Is there a way to enable this?

I hope you get to see my message, as a new member I'm only able to post in the newbie section.
