Hi
I have paid for fast registration and I have been approved, then I have sent £100 from my uk bank account, and till there no problems, last week I have done another wire and sent £1000 and they instantly froze my account, demanding for a payment receipt from the bank. I did not know what to do and I have sent a screen shot of my online banking, as the payments are all done by online banking and I DON'T HAVE A PAPER RECEIPT.
This was last yesterday and I do not have heard back since, there is no customer support. The phone just keep ringing and the tickets are not being answered.
Any tips to come out form this situation?
