For the last few days I've only been able to access CoinEx a couple of times. For most of my tries I get a 503 error. Is anybody else getting these erros also? Anyone knows what's going on with them? I'm thinking on moving all my coins from there, their service doesn't seem too reliable right now.

Hi!

CoinEX is under very high load right now. That influences withdrawing, depositing, mining rewards, generating deposit addresses and order operations.
We are sorry.
You wont loose any deposit or mining reward.

Please be patient, we are working on it.

I have had been patient for the last 3 days, but this is getting old. I can't perform any action (buy/sell/deposit/withdraw), it's like all my funds are frozen.

From cryptocointalk: https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/928-coinex-realtime-exchange-with-zero-fees-for-beta/?p=17092

Posted Today, 07:23 AM

- we admit that the service is very bad right now and it can't continue like this
- we have to shut it down for a while (up to 72 hrs) to deploy the new software
- all mining rewards & deposits that took place before shutdown will be processed
- since the database encryption format is different for the upgrade, everyone's password will be reset to secure 32-character random string and you will have to go through reset password (forgot password) procedure to regain your access
- TFA keys will be migrated properly
- order book will *not* be migrated, you will have to place your orders again
