There used to be here and there people with bought twitter audit which were offering free re-audit service. You should search a little, maybe you find some still doing that.
My search returned one that's a few months old and may have depleted the bought period, however, here it is https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3258720

Another option would be to do some tricks/hacks and re-audit yourself. I didn't test them, but you can try.

It is not free, you need the charge money to reauddit your Twitter accout. In bitcointalk forum, someone hase the pro-auddit account, they can help you in free. But at now, i can find it, the thread to help was closed.

There's also another way to re-audit it. I haven't tried it but try it out.

This method also works (for those who want to reaudit their account anytime).

1. Change your twitter username temporarily;
2. Do the audit with the new username;
3. Change it back to your original name;
4. Done! Free re-audit!

You can try it for free so if you don't want to pay for those audits, you can check and see if its really working.

I think this trick will be better for you. I used it when I need to re-audit my account and its worked 100%. Just follow 3 simple step, you don't need to change the twitter account name in this trick.

1: Open Apps / Settings and Privacy in Twitter or you can open it directly with this link: https://twitter.com/settings/applications
2: Find "Audit and Block Fake Followers" and press revoke access.
3: Open twitteraudit.com and logged out and then log in again (if you're not logged in so just sign in). You will see the request access from twitteraudit.
After you allow the access, you will see twitteraudit update your new following number!
