Nice generic template...are you just trying to advertise your signature? No one said anything about him buying coins, and he's not able to post on the proper thread which is the entire point of this post...why am I even analyzing this...
You should send them an email or try to contact them in IRC. I'm not sure how active the pool ops are on the forums, but I would guess IRC/email will give you better chances of getting an answer.
