CampBX - How safe is it? Any troubled past?

I had problems there before related to a dwolla deposit

Can verify that support is horrible/non-existent. I did a dwolla deposit to start my 30 day countdown, but now it says that I have to wait 90 days to transfer my BTC elsewhere. This apparently also applies to BTC transferred in, as I only bought 0.011 BTC from CampBX with my Dwolla deposit, but transferred in 5 BTC to sell. and now can't transfer any of them out (I'm not getting the price I want on CampBX). Edit: I recommend Coinbase. You can pay and withdrawal by directly linking a bank account, which is better than Dwolla. Once you're at Tier II you can purchase instantly from an ACH bank transfer, and even at tier I you get to lock in the price, just don't get your coins for four days. old thread but I thought I would add in my experience with coinbase and their horrible customer service . Can not verify my identity for instant buy . tried 4 times . Support only contacted my on first time and blew me off by telling me to give them more info on the problem .  WTF ? More info . I answered question , you did not verify me . End of story . no more response from them on 3 more support tickets .
 Buying from them is fine if you want to wait 4 days to get your coin . who knows how long to sell one . 17.00 total to buy/sell 1 coin .

I'm looking for an exchange to use since Gox has been having lag problems and Bitfloor is on its deathbed. I remember Camp BX from way back in 2011, but I never used them or really paid much attention. And it seems they don't get discussed much around here either.

So I guess my question is, has anyone used these guys? Do you trust them? Is there anything in their past that I should know about before using them as my secondary platform?

This should answer your question, taken from my review on their Facebook page:

CampBX has defrauded me out of $1,000 by cashing my money orders and claiming that they never saw them. This is a flat-out lie, since the money order photocopies clearly show that they were cashed by them at their bank on 10/27/13. Since then, CampBX has basically stopped responding to my tickets, only responding on occasion with stall tactics such as:

"Our bank is looking in to your deposits. Surprisingly, bank also does not see them in their logs. Please be patient - banks take their own time." (from 11/8/13)

"Our senior Rep is looking at this issue and resolve., Thanks for the patience and cooperation." (from 12/1/13)

These guys are so full of B.S. it makes my head spin.
