bter.com and btc38.com DTC and PTS stuck deposits

Hi guys,


i hope that someone can help me with some advice about my deposits...

I have recently done Datacoin deposit (~1100 DTC) to bter.com but can't still see it in my wallet there :-( I tried to write them an email, but noone answered.

Today i did second deposit with PTS and SRC coins to btc38.com. SRC were OK, but i don't have PTS coins there like in the first case with Datacoins.

It's frustrating because i can see both deposits with block explorer in their wallets.

The same PROBLEM.

I have sent CENT's to my bter deposit address long time ago (01.12.2013), but don't receive them yet!

same problem here! I send deposit of bitcoins and since few days nothing! blockchain is fine with more as 250 conf.!!!!
