Yes, you can do that. Any website like cryptsy, mtgox, btc-e. Just include your generated address in pool.

Yes,you have to include your address in the pool you're mining. After that the pool sends the coins to the address.

From btc-e website.
We do not support generated transactions from pools like Eligius, P2Pool etc.

I was wondering what this portion was all about?

Thanks!

It's not recommended to deposit directly into an exchange.  Exchanges go down, for example CoinEX.pw was down for 72 hours last week. In addition coinex says "some mining pools generate uncommon transaction that do not include target address thus making the exchanges unable to identify which account to credit."

You have to write your address in the pool but not your cryptsy or any other site. It's that way that it will work.

Btc-e cryptsy and mtgox are not online wallets. They are exchanges and if they state that they don't accept payments from pools then you shouldn't do it.
