I have observed  the massive gain of this coin in coinmarket cap for fews days now despite the bearish market that has make other coin to go down between 20-40%. I don't think it will make it to top 10 so soon.  Even it does it will be temporary.

LatiumX is a freelance work/micro-tasks website. I do see many tasks listed for completion. Even referral tasks are there. It could be that there is demand of these tokens for putting up some tasks, but still it shouldn't be in positive. I'll say some pumping is going, no other reason.

I havent heard about LatiumX but if it is another freelance work website it probably cant reach top 10. Why? Because Fiverr - the world biggest marketplace for freelancers raised only 110 millionUSD.. So calculate it.

Top-10 and it could be a dream. Can you tell me the reason why latium will be entering on the TOP 10 cryptocurrency in the future? I don't see any reason for that. The steady growth just a common reason.
You must see ONT and Zilliqa and how it has been trading more than 30x from the ico price at the time it has been getting listed on the exchange site. Have you seen a similar thing from latium with it?
