So what these BUMS do is ask for DONATIONS from the public for the needy and they are the needy ones
they look after first ..

So the CHARITY is to help the David miliband family and the rest can go on the needy ..
Also my staff are on 40 to 50k  how many who knows BUT at least some goes to the real needy
doesn't it ..

And just think he wants us to stay in the EU    I wonder why ..
