Question idea vision ICO funding

As we know ico criwdfunding are used to fund blockchain related start ups.
Is there any projects or start ups wich requires funding with cryptocurrency but its totally not related with blockchain or cryptocurrency business.


Do you think that crypto crowdfunding could be good way to collect funds to project wich is out of cryptocurrency /blockchain or anything to do with cryptos.

As blockchain platform will be used as just method to collect capital.

And investors will receive shares or maybe tokens.
But more like different ways.

Like virtual company shares on blockchain and the business will be for example : coffe shop or even factory if there is enough investors.

I think the blockchain is mature enough to be avail to offer real shares of company or business like decentralised shares of the real pyhiscally existing business.
