You sure about that? I rec'd a payout of 0.000004 from accumulated earnings at some faucet on 11/16. And on 11/11, 11/12, and 11/14 as well.

I believe it was first included in bitcoin-qt 0.8.2

The tx can be created with an older version of bitcoin-qt or the sender can create the raw transaction directly and broadcast it on blockchain.info/pushtx.

But, will the transaction be relayed and included in a block by the miners?
