It's an impressive list and there are many more offering the DAPPs but very few that can deliver a working product. Ethereum and NEO are already working, and LISK has a massive team of developers, they will be releasing this year. for investing, i would stick to the 4 that you have mentioned.

I think you can also add Qtum to your list, they have some working dapps.

Cardano is another platform for building dapps, not sure if they have existing dapps though. You might want to look into that a bit more.

I think Waves platform should be count in. The platform is unique and they claimed has a fast transaction than Ethereum platform. More details about Waves Dapps can be read here: https://blog.wavesplatform.com/the-future-of-dapps-b5cc4d077f7d

There's not many great decentralized applications on the ethereum platform simply because the coding language is too clunky to use, and offers very little in the way of parallelisation. Odds are that as the technology matures, people will move over to NEO apps because it opens the doors to programmers with traditional backgrounds, rather than forcing them to learn solidity.

I agree, waves and lisk are the biggest opportunities by now, for ethereum investment it is late for most of us. Neo is also overvalued.
