I believe Cardano has potential to become the next big decentralized platform. It definitely stands out from the rest. Its unique governance model, compelling philosophy, a whole other level of security, and an academic peer review process by smart mathematicians and cryptographers from reputable universities make Cardano a worthy competitor to Ethereum.

Like Ethereum, Cardano aspires to be the world’s platform for smart contracts. Cardano is trying out new ideas that it believes will work better than Ethereum.Its more formalized governance mechanisms, based on stakeholder voting provide a framework in which governance proposals can be enacted quickly and safely.I expect Cardano’s work on smart contract languages and formal verification to get more attention in future.

To be worth at least $ 1, Cardano should dial capitalization as at Ripple project. My opinion is that it will happen, but not until next year. While work on the project has been slow and many expect the development team good results.
