Hi everyone,
I was hoping to put this in the BTCQuick support/feedback forum, but I don't have enough posts to do it anywhere but the "newbie" forum.
A couple of weeks ago (11/14), I made a purchase on BTCQuick for some bitcoins. No problem during the processing. In fact, my order shows "Complete" on their website.
But the bitcoins never showed to my wallet. I opened a support ticket, sent e-mails, left voicemail messages. All to no avail (no responses whatsoever).
The "sad" part is that I've made several purchases with BTCQuick in the past and it was always great (quickly funded...no issues whatsoever).
I did a blockchain search to make sure I didn't mess anything up on my end.
If anyone can help me, it would be wonderful. If an admin can maybe move this to the BTCQuick forum, that would be great. Or maybe message Ascension to make him aware. My order# is 21980.
