Selling my hashrate to another user of Hashflare

Hello,
I am not that interested in using Hashflare anymore and do not have much money invested, so I wish to sell my hashrate to another user. Hashflare told me all I have to do is let them know if I find someone who wants to buy it and we they will make sure that the hashrate is transferred as soon as I get the payment. Total is About 10.79 hashrate as of 5/13/2018 with 0.22 btc balance that I would add to the hashrate total if someone is interested in buying this contract. Contract is for 1 year and commenced in December 2017.
