Server Pool Cloud Share

I have a decent server, can it be operated as part of a pool for portion of pool fee donation?  Interested in adding any hardware that I can for extra P2P funds.  If no one has setup a pool yet to P2P its server load that should be done immediately.  Going to ask the same thing to exchange sites that are laggy..

I am decently tech inclined and could also help manage service issues.
