Since im a newb I wasnt able to post this in the main xivra thread
There seems to be a lot of confusion on the Xivra thread on how to run the wallet under windows.
Here's the command line wallet: http[forum removed the link but its on the xivra site]

How to run the xivrad.exe windows wallet and check your addresses and balance:

First, make sure you have the xivra.conf made and put in the roaming directory.
You want add:  addnode=176.9.1.6   for it to sync

Hit the windows button, and search: cmd

for simplicity copy and paste the cmd file to your desktop or whatever folder.

for simplicity have the xivrad.exe file in that same folder

open the cmd.exe file and type: xivrad
[if xivrad.exe is in another folder, change to that directory first]

if you have server=1 and other server stuff in the conf you should have the server running as well as the wallet.
It will just seem like its stalling.  But its working.

Open cmd.exe a SECOND time (seperate window) and you will be able to use different xivrad commands.

in your second instance of cmd you can type:
xivrad help  [will give you all the commands]

to make a new address, type xivrad getnewaddress <whatever account name you want>
xivrad getnewaddress 1
would make an account and a new address and show the address

xivrad listaccounts
will show all the accounts

xivrad getbalance
will show your total balance

xivrad help  will show everything
