Bricked xfx 7970 dd - Newbie

Just wondering if anyone knows away to unbrick a XFX 7970 DD, it wont show the temps and the GPU registers as 0

Looking this over and haven't found a good method.

I could use some advice or a good way as techpowerup has the roms to flash it but they give an idmismatch.  Also do i need to ATIFLASH through DOS or can I use the ATIwinflash?

 

Right now looking for assistance, any would be appreciated.
