Mining Newbie here too. Bought a bitcoin earlier in the year, at the peak of the first value jump and thought I would never get my money back. How wrong I was!!! Just last week I started mining digitalcoin's and now Dogecoins! Cryptocurrencies are quite a crazy world, but I'm glad to be part of it!!

EDIT: Okay well, as the first post has to be "substantial", hi everyone, I'm new to this forum, and I'm on the verge of getting myself a mining rig so I'm trying to gather as much experience as possible around the web. This forum does offer a lot of it, hence why I was thinking about registering and asking a few questions, mainly to get me started and get better understanding of some pool and miner setting mechanisms. Voila!
