my post wasn't rude or anything.

i just said betcoin is at its all time worse the one good thing they had was awesome support.
and the last 3times i contacted them an agent connected to chat talked with me "asking what my issue was" said they would look into it please hold.
i waited 10-15mins on all 3 occasions no response they just ignored me.


i don't have a screenshot of my post before it was removed because i have made worse comments and they never censored anyone.


who ever is running betcoin now is worse i'm pretty sure it can't be the same group, use them if you want but i'm gonna stay away just thought i should warn everyone of their new behaviors.

They do not want to get any bad reviews on their new thread so they are trying to remove every single negatives reviews  o matter if they did it or not. After some issues last time about their big bonus is gone and after they scammed it they are losing so many players there. So I do not think they can get players trust again, so if your post do not want to be deleted, you can stop your bring their thread up anymore

Unfortunately, Betcoin.ag reputation already destroyed due to their action on bonuses/big win and that even make me stopped use their Casino few years ago.
People should use another Casino which have better reputation IMO.

@ETF same here ive stopped when people do already experiencing issues and still nowadays isnt still resolved.
@BTCevo once trust would be broken, its normal for people do have already a negative impression on that time till the end.I dont know why do still players who do use such site.

Out of this link i have checked theres only 7 positive comments about Betcoin.ag i dont know if negative ones are deleted but as op said its was being removed which isnt really a right behavior of a reputable gambling site.We might faced issues but we should not act to be more obvious that we are hiding something.

Indeed their reputation is destroyed years ago, after problems with not paying to that guy who won on slots, then taking bbj for them (I don't believe in winners of that bbj, its probably some of their employees).
They were great 3 years ago, poker was good, but after some problems they fell down hard. Who didn't stop to go there back then sure did after they closed their campaign here, turned of poker and mysteriously took bbj.
I did some reading, now they are two different sites, with different owners, casino and poker. Who knows what kind of scam did they made.
Who ever have at least a little brain shouldn't go there to gamble, there are many other casinos with much better reputation. Don't waste time and money in this casino is my message to new crypto gamblers.

yeah their support was awesome 3years ago the reason it went down hill... i think it all started when that one guy "idk his name and don't remember the post" he was promoted to a different wpn branch and the staff at betcoin seemed clueless when he left. he was always the one who helped me with any issue i had.

they returned the bbj soon after they announced it was being removed.

and now its a wpn branch running "i think" could just be a different group. they're using betcoin as the domain "even thought betcoin went downhill the domain is the only thing valuable"

my post was about betcoin.ag not the poker site, the guy who deleted my post said he thought i was a bot because i haven't deposited in the past 3months, my post was addressing the issues i just talked about "why they went downhill" and how they could improve it.
and of course i haven't been depositing there when its been horrible the past 3years and his actions just further prove that.  i play the poker version still and if it was ran by the same people and not wpn i wouldn't use it.

I've never experienced anything similar to you, and this is what makes betcoin.ag very bad. when their support responds very slowly, and always gives answers with a cynical tone, I think there are many of us who experience something similar. and this will be the spotlight that is very visible and felt by the public,

Okay, sometimes you may be want to check on their odds compare to others but sometimes they have better payout too. So in case this thing are you going to bet on their house? I saw many times too that they have better one too. I do not know for sure about what crime they commit but last time I have never have any problem with them. And about their campaign, I can't see that someone is still wearing it and do the post again, moreover their campaign has not really good payout too and they keep on lowering again and again last time

Betcoin was red flagged on the signature campaigns list for very long time for scam accusations.
While the scam accusations from players losing money come easy and has a high chance to be wrong, I tend to believe that the ones marked even in signature campaigns are serious. I didn't read them, but they made me avoid Betcoin.

So yeah, whatever they do - even censoring - won't help them much. Also the internet is not forgetting nor forgiving, the ones wanting to check the background properly will find the truth.
