Just read another thread which talks about using BTC in vending machines which gave me an idea.

I know nothing about computers, apart from using them.

Is there any way a pre-approved wallet could be designed?

The idea would be to transfer your BTC to your pre-approved wallet, which would then need no waiting time for confirmations.

Your pre-approved wallet could be loaded prior to going on holiday or a shopping trip.

Small transactions, eg. buying a coffee, would just be reduced from your pre-approved BTC balance.

I am sure anyone that could design a pre-approved wallet would make financial killing.

Time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time.

Maybe it was something I said, or you're just one of life's fucking rude people, who knows; anyway repost:

There needs to be an app wallet where you transfer BTC already cleared and ready to spend.
A pre-approved wallet would not need any waiting time.

But this would require knowledge of future transactions that haven't happened yet.  Unless of course they have already happened, in which case, they were verified as having occurred at some point in the past, and you don't now need to do anything - you've already paid.  However, fundamentally, for a transaction to ever occur there must, at some point, exist a time before it has happened and time after it has been verified to have happened, otherwise it has yet to occur.
