Small Project For Graphic Designer

Hello,


I would like to hire someone with graphic design experience to create a cartoon-ish image for me.  The cartoon will be very simple I just want to be able to give my opinion and have the artist tweak things to my liking.

I want something like this in black and white. But I want it depicting an old hill-billy being struck by the lightning maybe with some overalls and arched across the background I want it to say White Lightnin'

Its an illustration, as a freelancer I usually charge in between 30$~100$ depending on how much time it takes me to do the illustration.
Do you have a hurry to get this project done? I might be able to put some time in it tomorrow or this Saturday.
(Might even go for less than 30$, it is fairly straight forward )

I wouldn't call it a portfolio, but I put some of my works in my deviant art here
I mostly do Web development and my team and I are going to make the portfolio website after we finish 2 big jobs we are in.

The cartoon is sketched by me, so it is an original art - ready for corporate use.
I've made it on a A4 sized canvas, is a vector, can be scaled infinitely.
