I did accidently a payment from my own wallet... to my own wallet. Now the bitcoins seem to for ever....

1) There showed up one transaction in the transaction overview, with 0.0001 btc for the minersfee, only seen by one peer..
2) My total amount in the wallet still contains the value of bitcoins, but the spendable amount does not.
3) I can not find the transaction on blockchain

But after this, I have restarted the blocks and transactions..... now they are gone for real it seems to be?

Might be that it takes some time. Payments are not instant, mostly they take a few hours to about a day. This is because the payments get verified. So don't freak out too much yet.

It should be fine - MultiBit seems to understand the idea of sending coins to yourself.  Restart Multibit, wait a while, then if necessary, do Tools, Reset Blockchain.
