he is trying to scam your btc from you, he could use any one of the hundreds, probably thousands of services to securely change his money, yet he comes to try and trade on this forum, avoid him or you will loose your btc, by all means if you want to take the risk go for it, but nothing to reclaim your funds if his are not sent or cancelled.
He is just playing you and everybody else here as the fool.
He already scammed someone out of their $70 earlier on today from his new account he has of 10 others on here.
This idiot is CasinoExpert who hasn't logged into that account since March 28 from getting red trust.
Now he moves on to his other 10 alt accounts to continue to scam members here.
