I had submit many support tickets and also tried to contact them from twitter, but have not received any responses yet.

I've seen a lot of similar complaints.  For me, they always resolve the issue but sometimes it takes some time because the site is so messed up and I think they're overwhelmed with customers, with few employees.

Calling to 911 is no use unfortunately. They can't help in this issue.
