I lost a nothing amount of coins but it's the principal that counts.  If they can loose a transaction into thin air with NO explanation that has little value couldn't they lose one with huge value?  It would seem so.  In any event, their non-responses are infuriating.

I transferred name coins into my account and they never appeared.  What's the deal?  This isn't a ton of value but how do I know the same thing wouldn't happen with 20 bitcoins?  This is alarming.

<exact transaction amount>    Withdrawal NMC to address <cryptsy's supplied deposit address>

This is the exact transaction.

We apologize for the delay in refunds / deposits and slow trades. We implemented a more efficient audit system today but it will take some time to recover from the switch over. If your refund has has not processed within a few hours please contact us so we can look into the issue further. The long delays are only temporary until the new system catches up.

We are working hard on optimizing the trade engine and are waiting on a delivery of more hardware. We appreciate your patience while we better equip ourselves for the growing community

This is absolutely unacceptable.  There is huge volatility in these coins.  A delay of a few hours is unacceptable let alone many days. Again the point is what if I had 20 BTC in this transfer!?

This ticket is NOT resolved.

You closed the ticket without even solving the issue for starters. Days or weeks delay in deposits is not acceptable.

Everything besides the TXID is in the ticket above.  I am not sure what the TXID is but I will see if I can find out.

This is not significant money here but it seems to me if a transaction for .1 can get lost so can one for 100.

I
said 17 days ago
can it be? <transaction ID>

The exact date time was: <exact transaction time and date to the second>

I guess it took longer to confirm than I thought.  I was pretty sure I sent longer ago than that.

I
said 17 days ago
For reference the server time where the transaction was initiated is now: 02.12.13 23:48

No you have not fixed it.  The transaction is still not there.  What kind of issue causes peoples deposits to just disappear?

All of this information is above.  Why don't you read the tickets before responded with form letters?

Hello,

I am sorry to hear that you are have a negative balance after the glitch we had. Users were able to sell more coins than what they had in their wallet, and I'm 100% sure this is the case here. If you check your history with me, you will see the error.

An audit ran to take the coins given to you in error back, and if you had sold those coins and had a balance of zero, the audit put you into the negative. I have ran a final audit and found the balances to be accurate.

The solution is to sell the coins you were credited in error to make your balance zero. Some users have been locked from their accts and watched the price drop and now have to sell their coins at the current market value. Those cases will be looked at and some will be compensated like some already have been.

First you need to sell the coins so I can take the withdrawal freeze off of your acct and we will see where to go from there. Thanks for patience, and we will get this sorted out...

Please find somebody that is fluent in English and understands basic elementary school mathematics.  There is NO issue of negative balances now and there has NEVER BEEN an issue of negative balances.

There is no issue with withdrawals right now (that I know of) unless you have created a new one on your side.

The issue is a MISSING TRANSACTION:

If you can count, and you can read, you can see that this was never deposited into my account.

Do not respond, find somebody that can read, count and do basic math and have them respond.

I've personally never had an issue with Cryptsy.

I think the issue lies when you do have an issue - getting a resolution is virtually impossible.
