It would be better to have crypto currency news channel in local countries which can educate and provide technical and trading knowledge about crypto currency to local people . As many people still consider TV news channel  as their source of information. As number of ICO  releases on daily basis having different technical aspect .So one needs channel like this forum on local TV news. So this forum can come with this idea and can start their own news channel as it does have a up to date knowledge in this field.

Why don't you make one? Bitcointalk is really anything to do with the news although it does have news articles and obviously has discussion about new developments within the crypto world. But it's not news centric and as a bigger depth than that.

Nothing stopping you making your own news for your local area or hire the people to do it.

This site is a forum made up mostly of computer scientists, crypto enthusiasts and business people.
If people choose to make a news channel then that's up to them. I'm not sure there is currently one. I know there are quite a few sites that give podcasts on bitcoin for free and there are free publications, including the satoshi whitepapers and the BIP blueprints (Bitcoin Improvemnt Protocols) that are freely avalible under the public domain.

@O.P you can start a channel on telegram whatever you wish you to do so you can even earn from that if ever you have a large community of cryptocurrency enthusiast as long as your news is up to date, necessary and true without bias opinion on certain altcoin it will bring a mass adaptation of cryptocurrency on your local community.

Who exactly have to start crypto news TV channel? Theymos? Forum staff? Regular users? I don't understand your idea...
Do you have idea how much it costs to start TV channel? You need millions of dollars to start serious TV. Broadcasting license, TV studio, broadcasting hardware, cameras, TV hosts and all other staff. And it's likely that such channel wouldn't attract many viewers and advertisers, crypto are still not popular enough.
I'm not really sure how your idea and Bitcointalk are related. If forum member have good knowledge about crypto, it doesn't means that he will be good TV face. Some people prefer to write instead of talking in front of camera. And not many people here want to reveal their identity and show their face Cheesy.
