Solo mining on a Mac?

I try to solomine some coins on my mac, but it is not working (at all).

What i do is the following:

- Make a .conf file with specifications
- Save it in Library/Application Support/Coinwallet
- Start the wallet

But i always get a crashed wallet, no matter which wallet. When i remove the conf file, the wallet works again.

So my guess is that i put it in the wrong folder. Does anyone has an idea how to solomine on a Mac?
