Can you provide more info about this converter?
Parsing blk* files is trivial job. I can create such program in a day.
When segwit was activated the transaction structure has been changed.
Either you rewrite your parsing tool or you have to use pre-segwit client for downloading db

If you have some programming skills you will be able to create a small script that can parse information included in *.dat files since the block chain is just a data structure for storing blocks.
There is a small program coded in Python you can start with, it reads blocks and parses information and show it in a more readable structure. You can find it here: https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/block-parser-how-read-bitcoin-block-chain/

I found only one tool for to make bitcoin database files readable. https://sourceforge.net/projects/bitcoin-database-viewer/
This tool is in a demo mode but for my needs it works perfect! It is a simple converter of *.blk file to *.txt, works perfect like AK47 Smiley
