Who have card ATI 7790 Gigabyte please answer some questions

I have questions about card ATI 7790 gigabyte.

1. 205-215 kh/s it's normal for this card without overclocking? (cgminer)
2. temperature 70-72 c it's normal ? (i think is too high)
3. Why system (wni7 x32) crashes or freezing when i set up parameter -I 18-20 in cgminer
