While hosting Writers Nights in Nashville, I had the pleasure of meeting Don Schlitz, and even had him as a special guest during one Writers Night. In fact, the venues of which I hosted shows were just one of a handful of Writers Nights that seasoned song writers performed at to see how their newest songs were perceived. Even Michael Martin Murphey attended most all of them prior to convert from pop to country.

In regards to Game Theory and its practical application in poker, you should look to The Theory of Poker by David Sklansky.  The skills I learned from reading that book made me $3100 when I was 15.  PartyPoker was still accepting U.S. residents at the time.
