your question not understood ...what is doable?

photo very tight and upside down i think, take it from little distance for better understanding.

Sorry yea, it's upside down.

My question is, is this setup sustainable for mining 24/7? 3 graphics cards all pretty much next to each other

top card seems safe, bottom also ok, but the middle one's air intake is blocked and it will overheat.
maybe with some undervolting it will be in bearable temp but i doubt it.
best is to put middle card on extender.
