With the impending release of USB scrypt block smashers, we need to begin looking at alternative methods of maintaining the ongoing process of innovation with crypto-currency. I have a few ideas, but we need more.
- Sound Card based encryption.
- iphone/android encryption systems that only utilize a set mhz of the phones processor and only ping the network once every 5 mins to preserve battery life.
- Proliferation of coinage. Currencies that actively engage markets. Someone needs to approach a large company and create a coupon for coins system.
- Start writing your elected officials NOW and inform them (really the low paid staffer) of just how important this topic is. If we can have champions on both sides of the aisle, it will be a non-issue. So if your a blueskin in a red-state write them anyway and let them know how it matters to you.
- Start a commission service thread on bitcointalk for artwork music and programming and basic trades to get people trading in currency in a way other than just speculation markets. Otherwise, we're just going to create a bubble that WILL collapse.
