Which website Good for technical analysis ?

I have been there for a few days , Let's use it Tradingview.com . When I have an account after I see , Tradingview Only 30 days free .
Then buy with money with premium. Will the premium service be good for me? . Can I use all kinds of Technical tools or indicators ?

and where  can i learn Technical analysis ? please suggest me
