Requesting CUDA miner instruction - for a COMPLETE beginner

My GPU is nvidia geforce GTX 470. I have no fucking idea how to run cuda miner with this thing to mine different coins. Specifically, I don't know how to solo mine, pool mine, or anything.

All the instructions online seem to skip over minor details and assume you have done something which they don't even tell you.

I would very much appreciate a step by step instruction on how to set it up and get it mining to my coin wallets. Whatever files that need to be created, etc.

ANY AND ALL HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED. I need to solo mine, and eventually pool mine.
