Qryptos I not recommend

I did make a deposit of EARTH tokens in April 26, until today the value are not done.
I lost opportunity, the Qryptos is not recommend per me.
And I am not use more this exchange.

I don´t understand, because all process in qryptos is very very slow, I think that all process is manual, is a worst exchange
