BTC E abused too, more than 40 days without news of my transfer

I'm desperate, I made a transfer of 900 euros 19/11/2013,
my account btc e still have not been,
despite several attempts to contact them via e btc support,
I have no reply from support
aimbotA, a user who knows the btc e members of the support contacted me to offer me to help me retrieve my money against renumeration 10 ltc (this is sick).

What should I do ?
