European Bitcoin exchange with third party withdrawals

Hello,

Does anyone know any third European Bitcoin exchange that allows third party withdrawals?

Third party withdrawals means you can transfer your money to an account that is not under your name. Most European exchanges either only allow you to withdraw to a verified account that is under your name (bitcoin-central.net, dagensia.eu, bitcoin.de) or they allow you to enter the bank account number, but the destination account must be under your name (bitstamp.net).

If it is a legal one you wont find it, in order to prevente fraudulent cash movements.

The problem is you can't transfer your money to your brokerage account for example...

(without using an intermediate account, that is)
