I am stuck at 3 hours behind and I have 8 active connections. Sometimes it goes up to two hours then jumps back to 3? My time is correct so I have no clue what is going on!

Well I fixed it but it was in a really strange way... I set my clock back three hours and now it is three hours behind but my bitcoin wallet was synced...
