I'm looking for someone who knows how to run ICO and who have a proper experience. I don't need help with listing on Exchanges, I mean rather setting up a website for ICO, opening a threads on boards, facebook, twitter promoting, etc. I have clients who would want to run ICO and I will be in charge of the tech part. i doubt someone who truly knows how to run an ico will sell you his time, he would rather run his own ico, and buy other peoples time.
you will likely get just some gimicks lieing or pretending to know how to do it, but in truth just working and billing for their pretended "work"
