Kraken.com problem steal my ltc ??

Yesterday i transfered ltc from my wallet to my kraken.com account, i use the good adress, and i checked the transaction :

all its good but kraken never deposit my ltc... where are my ltc, why kraken support never answer me ?

I open ticket yesterday  and today, but they never answer me... on facebook too...

I send today 0.25 ltc for test, never deposit

I'm also have been waiting for my NMC deposit for a couple of hours, normally is faster so I guess they are having some kind of troubles. Hope they fix it soon, last time it happened to me was about 24 hours of waiting. If I don't receive them in 3 or 4 hours I'll open a ticket.
