Help!! account locked at fast-pool.com

Hi Guys,
   My account on fast-pool.com is locked. On the poolsite they refer to this thread in case your account is locked:

   Sadly as I am a newbie I do not have the authority to post there and cannot contact user 'fast-pool.com'.
   Does anybody here have any way to contact them?
   My account on the pool uses is 'bigworld'.

   I would be very grateful.
