System detected a non-Windows 8 Logo graphic card on 290x

I almost tried everything to get my mining rig going on Win 8.1 but i get this stupid error no matter what i try... I have a MSI Z87 Xpower Mainboard an I3 cpu,16gb ram and a lepa 1600w psu for my 3 r9 290x but when i try to turn on win 8.1 Support in the MB Bios and restart it gives me this error and i dont know what to do.... when i leave it off it boots to windows 8.1 like normal but i cant fully install the MB drivers and GPU drivers because it says my hardware is not supported on win 8.1.

Anyone else had this problem before?
