I could put my car on Ebay for a million dollars, doesn't mean anybody would buy it NOR does it reflect the actual value of the item.
The only thing that reflects the actual value of the item is how much someone is willing to pay for it and so far I don't see anyone offering you anything else. Furthermore you're having to do a "daily bump" to seek interest. Look around, it's just you and me here. The card isn't as desirable as you'd like to think.

Even sold listings don't go lower then 1,300 for a new 7990 on ebay. Some Saphire's go as high as $1,500.
Not selling for lower. I can always open it, make $400 per month for 2 months of mining then sell it used for 800. In fact, it would be the more profitable course of action but I just don't have the time to build and babysit a mining rig with all my other projects, hence the discounted offer.
