does ltc.Miningpool.co work well?

I just started mining LTC on miningpool.co... Hashrate is perfect, but its not showing any potential payouts.. after nearly 5 hours of 300 KH/s.. What's going on? Is it advisable to mine there?

I swear I saw the pool admin hanging around here somewhere.... if you're here, can you give me some reason to believe this isn't just a well designed front end for a scam?
