It was creates at the middle of december, is that right? It worths $ 0,00029 fiat, and we can buy dogecoins at Cryptsy, Vircurex, Coins-e, and bter.

Volume just means there's shitloads of them being traded because there's shitloads of coins which isn't a good thing.
