PaintShopPro6, yes its right!
We have ROI+ only if each recalculation of Bitcoin Difficulty within one year will be no more than 13% in average.
For 13% we have 0% ROI;
For 10% we have 20% ROI (near 25 btc profit);
etc.
I think at the end of the 2014 difficult will be near 30M, not 73M. Its  7% for each recalculationin and 50% ROI.
If we collect the required amount, then the equipment will start working in one day.

So, (73000-36000)/25000 = 1,48$/GH - best deal on the asics market
Hosting will be in Europe in big data-centure, and threre is no problem with shipping devices after 1 years hosting
