Hi all,

I'm new to BTC and very interested (mainly as a hobby) in algorithmic trading.  I've been following the forums here and over at cryptotrader for the past few weeks.

I'm here to start an experiment to see if I can "work my way up from nothing."  I've got 0 bitcoins.  Just curious if I can make enough valuable contributions to the community to get started on "tips."

Cheers!

You could also get started mining some alt coins and testing your trading algs on Cryptsy. I know a few people who started minding DOGE a while ago and now have a fair bit of BTC around, but most coins don't have the success that DOGE has had. Good luck at making your plan!
