Hey there,

I wanted to pay some bitcoins local and transferred therefor some bitcoins to my blockchain-wallet, but unfortunately I got an error when I tried pairing my iPhone App to my wallet:

I've then logged in with my computer again and all my transactions had disappeared. I don't think the coins got stolen, but that there was some sort or error at blockchain.info. Cause it looks like I am looking at a new wallet now.
I have 2FA and Protocolling activated, but still all transactions and coins disappeared and I have a new bitcoin-address.
Is this a known bug? And if so, is there any way to get access to my "old" wallet again?

You can find the transaction here: https://blockchain.info/address/17P5sQmgyEaC1m5iyUhbSAVrzVuEifJu15
You can see there, that there have been 7 transactions already to this address/wallet, but since I tried pairing my device with my account and relogged it shows me another wallet, where there are zero bitcoins and zero transactions, as you can see:

Can anyone please give me a hint how to retrieve my "old" wallet? I'd be happy for any help.

You can find the solution down below: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=403295.msg4365567#msg4365567

Best regards

Gelbstich

Do you have the old wallet backup?

If so, you can import into the blockchain. anyways, let me have a look with it.

Yes I have a old wallet backup, and I've just imported it to Multibit, but it's still empty and there are no transactions...  Undecided

Even though it is archived, still the balance will show. So archiving address will not reflect account balance.

Thank you so much, that was it!! The address somehow archived by its own and when I recovered it the bitcoins were back!! Thanks again! Maybe this'll help someone else as well.

Nope, the balance was gone until I've recovered the old address. I have no clue why, but it was like this.
